Ordering Information

Our products and services are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Any buyer shall be immediately notified thru e-mail for orders which cannot be fulfilled indefinitely or for the time being. Orders can be made by phone or by email. Please have the product code ready and call or email us to place your order. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, wire transfer, money order, or cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks. Payments must be received within 24 hours after the order has been placed or your order will be cancelled. All prices reflected here are in Philippine Peso (PHP).

SHIPPING WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of CLEARED payment being received, excluding holidays and weekends. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the item and the destination. Local shipping charges apply within the Philippines. Your order will be shipped through FedEx or Xend Express at our discretion. We will not be responsible for delayed or lost items during transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. The shipping cost and methods for all international orders is based on the destination and weight of the package. Please contact us for shipping quote. We will not be responsibe for any additional duties or taxes required. We will not be liable for items lost or damage during transit, therefore, it is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance.
